How do I return an item?

Returns on Tournament/League Tickets
If you are not completely satisfied with a service or item you've purchased, simply return/call customer service
Returns and exchanges require a receipt. Some exceptions apply.

All racquets must be in new condition showing no signs of use (i.e. ball fuzz, plastic removed from handle, scrapes on bumper guard, etc.) to receive a full refund (excluding string). Refunds will not be given for return of used racquets.


Shoes must be returned in the condition they were received. Please use the box the shoes were in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box while returning them. Please return the shoes with a note stating if you would like credit or an exchange.

***NOTE: Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will either be sent back to the customer or will be issued Fabian Grassini Tennis Academy Inc. store credit. All returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Returns with a Receipt
Valid photo identification is requested for all returns and exchanges. A refund will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If returning to a credit card, please have the card available.

Returns Without a Receipt
Returns without a receipt may not receive any exchanges or refunds.

Returns with a Gift Receipt

Store credit may be issued for all returns and exchanges involving gift receipts. Please Keep Your Receipt!

Acceptable Identification for all Transactions:

Any form that has your picture if purchase was made with credit card or check.

Class Cancelation
Any Classes must be canceled 48 hours prior to the start time of class. All classes that are canceled halfway through, need to be make-up, Please call Customer Service to schedual a make-up.

Spring League Cancelation
If you want to cancel the Spring League, You must cancel 48 hours in advance prior to the start date. Customers who cancel halfway, Do you not get a refund. If you miss a class during the spring league, there are no make-ups. If there are any extenuating circumstances, please call customer service, and we will work with you to give you the customers satisfaction that we stand by.
